You must not abuse CASO App - By Claude, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow CASO App - By Claude's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
CASO App - By Claude retains all rights to CASO App - By Claude's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant CASO App - By Claude a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
CASO App - By Claude is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.CASO App - By Claude disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASO App - By Claude's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or CASO App - By Claude is limited to the amount you paid CASO App - By Claude in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. CASO App - By Claude may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
